March's Hottest Sneaker Drops
We have leaped into March, and as always, every month comes with a slew of exciting sneaker releases. Whether it’s new colourways of fan favourites or original silhouettes, there is always something for sneakerheads to look forward to. Here's a rundown of the hottest drops, listed chronologically, so you can mark your calendars and be ready – some of these are bound to sell out fast!
Adidas AE1 Best of Adi in 'Cloud White'
In collaboration with NBA sensation Anthony Edwards, Adidas is dropping the AE1 Best of Adi in a striking 'Cloud White' colourway. Designed for on-court action, these signature sneakers boast a combination of BOOST and Lightstrike midsole for lightweight comfort and exceptional energy return. The futuristic design features a rubbery TPU material that wraps around the shoe, with ventilation windows on the overlay and strong traction underfoot. They are available today for anyone wanting a bold, futuristic looking pair of basketball shoes.
Adidas Harden Vol 8 Pioneer
Also dropping on March 1st is the Adidas Harden Vol 8 Pioneer, James Harden's latest signature sneaker. Featuring a distinctive design that looks like something sonic the hedgehog might wear, these sneakers exude modern style and performance. Successor to the Harden Volume 7, the volume 8 features the same neoprene construction, locked in by a moulded rubber-like shell. Along with simplified three stripe branding on the heel, the design details create futuristic appeal. There are two colours available with more to come.
Asics Gel NYC Wide Mesh Pack
Lastly for today, Asics is introducing three new colourways of the iconic Gel NYC as part of the Gel NYC Wide Mesh Pack: Ash Rock, Mid Grey, and Wood Crepe. The latter mixes light blue accents with a sandy brown base, while the other two offer lavender and grey tones. Diverging from the core Gel NYC, the ‘Wide Mesh’ pack showcases a larger, more pronounced geometric hex pattern on the uppers. If you’re a fan of the shoe’s silhouette and comfort technology, these offer fresh colours for spring.
Travis Scott x Jordan Jumpman Jack “Sail”
March 5th sees the highly anticipated release of Travis Scott's first true signature sneaker, the Jordan Jumpman Jack in the colour “Sail”. Drawing inspiration from his Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Reverse Mocha”, these sneakers feature supple tumbled leather and rugged canvas, adorned with signature Scott details.
Jacquemus x Nike J Force 1 ‘Earth’
Also dropping on March 5th is the second iteration of Jacquemus x Nike J Force 1, defined by the new 'Earth/Metallic Gold' colourway. A testament to the evolving collaboration between the two brands, the unisex sneakers’ woven structure and earthy tones offer an even more refined aesthetic this time round.
Asics Gel-Quantum 360 VIII 'White Azul Blue’
On March 8th Asics introduces the Gel-Quantum 360 VIII in 5 colourways- 'White Azul Blue,' is our favourite though! Reimagined with 5D print details inspired by ergonomic shapes found in nature, this shoe incorporates advanced cushioning technology for enhanced stability and comfort, making them ideal for both performance and style.
Air Jordan 14 Flint
Launching on March 20th, the Air Jordan 14 Flint pays homage to Michael Jordan's love for luxury sports cars. Featuring a new colourway reminiscent of the OG “Flint Grey” scheme, these sneakers showcase a predominantly suede grey upper with contrasting white on the heels and midsole. The branding features a reimagined Ferrari logo, and a white rubber sole equipped with Zoom Air completes the luxurious look.
HIDDEN.NY x NY Asics Gel NYC
These two New York pals have collaborated on the Asics Gel NYC, featuring green accents and a white, silver, and green arrangement. This release pays homage to photo editing software with digital versions of ASICS’ Tiger Stripes, co-branding, and transparency grid details. A nod to HIDDEN.NY’s growth from a digital mood board to a cult favourite brand, this collaboration blends digital aesthetics with sneaker culture. Out March 22nd.
Air Max DN
Rounding out the month on March 26th, known to sneakerheads as ‘Air Max Day’, Nike will release a new silhouette to celebration their iconic line. The Air Max DN is a stylish dark horse elevated by metallic pops of colour. With textured uppers and innovative Air unit bubble technology, these sneakers offer style and comfort in multiple colourways, making them a standout choice for sneaker enthusiasts.
And if that wasn't enough, Adidas has announced additional Yeezy releases throughout March. So keep your eyes peeled and set an alarm, because the sneaker train doesn’t stop for anyone!
